Mike is a highly experienced technology executive with over 25 years in the ICT industry across Australia and North America. He has held senior leadership positions including CEO and Chairman of Fujitsu Oceania, Global Corporate Officer at Fujitsu, CEO of KAZ Group, Managing Director at Telstra Business Sales, and senior roles at EMC, NCR Australia, and Teradata. Under his leadership, teams of thousands delivered enterprise-scale solutions with revenues exceeding $1.3 billion, while Mike spearheaded initiatives in Big Data, Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity and digital transformation.

Educated at Victoria University (Bachelor of Education) and Charles Sturt University (Master of Strategic Marketing), Mike has also completed executive programs at Harvard and Babson College and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity at UNSW. Beyond business, he is an active advocate for workplace diversity, a Male Champions of Change STEM board member, and a former director on multiple corporate boards, including AIIA and Telstra joint ventures.

A seasoned public speaker, Mike inspires audiences worldwide—from Australia to North America, Europe and Asia—with insights on leadership, high performance, technology strategy and organisational growth. Since leaving Fujitsu, he advises emerging and established Australian companies in Automation, AI and Cybersecurity, bringing unparalleled experience in strategy, competitive positioning and innovation.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, AFL football, music, and spending time with his wife Annie, their two children, and extended family.
