Mike Hammond is a veteran media presenter with a broadcasting career spanning more than 20 years across radio and television. He has hosted numerous national television programs for Network Ten, Seven, FOXTEL and Sky Channel, including Good Morning Australia (1992) and Gladiators, which reached audiences of up to 2.5 million weekly in Australia and continues to air internationally in the US, UK and Russia.
On radio, Mike hosted prime-time programs across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Newcastle, including the drive show on 2SM Sydney at just 20 years old, making him the youngest ever drive-time announcer in Sydney radio history. From 1988 to 1995, he was a key personality at 2Day FM, hosting breakfast and morning programs and consistently winning ratings in all key demographics. His achievements have been recognised with multiple prestigious Rawards, including Best New Syndicated Program, Best General Announcer (Metropolitan) and Best Music Personality (Metropolitan).
