Michael O’Loughlin is a proud Narungga, Ngarrindjeri, and Kaurna man from South Australia, celebrated for his outstanding career as an Australian Rules footballer and his ongoing leadership within the Indigenous community. Over a distinguished AFL career spanning 303 games with the Sydney Swans, Michael earned a Premiership, two All-Australian selections, and was inducted into the AFL Hall of Fame in 2015.

Since retiring from football, Michael has focused on entrepreneurship and community impact, founding ARA Indigenous Services (formerly CMC Indigenous Services), a leader in creating pathways to employment, education, and leadership for Indigenous Australians in the property services sector. He is a passionate advocate for Indigenous voices, cultural celebration, and community empowerment.

As a mentor, speaker, and community leader, Michael inspires audiences with insights drawn from elite sport, business leadership, and cultural advocacy. His presentations highlight resilience, leadership, and the transformative power of education and opportunity, encouraging audiences to embrace diversity, inclusion, and social impact.
