Malcolm’s professional journey began with six years in the Queensland Police Force, facilitating group therapy and counselling inmates at Long Bay Gaol. He then spent six years as Activities Manager and tennis coach at Hayman Island, combining group activities with a 5-star service attitude. His experience in group facilitation and interest in graphology has grown into more than 20 years of expertise in handwriting analysis and team development.
A master of large-group facilitation, Malcolm communicates messages simply, creatively and powerfully, with emotional intensity, humour and relevance, ensuring audiences are entertained, inspired and equipped to apply what they learn.
