Beginning her career in the tourism industry with airlines and hotels, Lynne later founded Schinella Incentives, a performance improvement company where she discovered that the most successful teams are the most diverse. In 2001, she established Ripe Learning, delivering consulting, workshops and keynotes that champion understanding and celebrating differences.
Lynne is the author of Bite Me! and other practical guides on navigating workplace differences.
