Fabian Dattner is the founder and CEO of Dattner Group, a leadership consultancy specialising in cultural transformation, executive development, senior leadership, and advancing women in leadership. Renowned across Australia as a leadership expert, ethics commentator, and advocate for women, Fabian has spent over 36 years guiding leaders and organisations across corporate, government, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit sectors.
Fabian is the founder of Compass, a national initiative offering a comprehensive suite of leadership programs designed to unlock courage in women, now in its sixth year. She is also the founder and CEO of Homeward Bound, a global leadership program for women in STEMM, which has completed four Antarctic voyages with 80 participants on each. Drawing on her extensive leadership experience and the collective knowledge of participants, Fabian equips women leaders to tackle complex challenges and amplify their impact on a global scale.
