Emma Walsh is the Founder and CEO of Parents At Work and a globally recognised pioneer in the development and implementation of inclusive workplace policies. She is a leading advocate for family-inclusive workplaces, highlighting the social, economic, and business benefits of policies that support gender equality, work-life balance, and child wellbeing.
As CEO, Emma helps organisations navigate evolving workplace expectations, providing frameworks, tools, and training to bridge the work/home divide and build more inclusive, family-friendly cultures. In 2021, she led the creation of the National Work + Family Standards, providing employers with benchmarks for fostering family-inclusive workplaces, and launched the Family Friendly Workplaces Certification program to recognise organisations meeting these standards.
Emma has received numerous accolades, including recognition by the Australian Human Rights Commission, a Telstra Business Woman of the Year shortlist, and a Visa Business Award. Parents At Work was named a top 200 ‘Businesses of Tomorrow’ by Westpac.
