Best known for winning Australia’s first ever Winter Olympic Gold Medal in Freestyle Aerial Skiing in 2002, Alisa Camplin is a respected leader in Australian business, sports administration and corporate governance. She spent 16 years as a global executive with IBM, leading both Sales and Delivery teams across AUS/NZ and was head of Strategy and Transformation for IBM Global Technology Services UK and Ireland.
Today, Alisa is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director serving across the sectors of Sport, Health, Government, Education and Philanthropy. She is currently Chair/Deputy Chair of several prominent Australian Boards, and the Chair or member of multiple Audit and Risk, Finance, and Impact Committees.
Alisa was Chef-de-Mission for the highly successful Australian 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic Games Team, she’s an in-demand keynote speaker and day-to-day she assists both small and large organisations to achieve repeatable sustainable success through a focus on improving strategy, structures and environments to elevate human performance.
Alisa holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Doctorate from Edith Cowan University honoris causa, she’s a Member of the Order of Australia, Co-founder of Charity Finnan’s Gift, and married with two children.
