Tara Saxon

Certified Money Coach, Behavioural Change Expert & Speaker

Tara Saxon is a keynote speaker, Certified Money Coach, and behavioural change expert who reveals the hidden patterns behind performance - the private pressure, inherited beliefs, and financial stress that profoundly shape how people think, decide, lead, and show up. She connects what most organisations miss: the link between private pressure and professional performance. Because when people are under pressure privately, they show up differently publicly.

Tara Saxon is a keynote speaker, Certified Money Coach, and behavioural change expert who helps organisations understand the hidden role money plays in pressure, performance, confidence, and decision-making.

Most performance conversations stop at strategy, skills, and motivation. Tara goes to the layer underneath – the inherited beliefs, hidden financial stress, and pressure responses that quietly shape how people think, decide, lead, and show up under pressure. It’s a lens few speakers bring, and one that lands hardest in the rooms where the stakes are highest.

That perspective is grounded in real commercial credibility. Tara began her career in professional services at Arthur Andersen and went on to hold senior roles across NAB, HSBC-Woolworths, and American Express – years inside banking, infrastructure finance, and complex commercial environments. She understands the language of risk, funding, contracts, and commercial pressure, and she has seen firsthand that no matter how sophisticated the structure or strategy, success always comes back to human beings: their confidence, their behaviour, and their capacity to decide well under pressure.

At the heart of her work is a simple, powerful belief: the micro always rolls up to the macro. The pressure people carry privately does not stay neatly contained – it spills into teams, leadership, culture, and the commercial and community outcomes organisations care about most. Her Undercurrent™ framework – Reveal, Repair, Reclaim – gives audiences a clear, memorable pathway from awareness to action.

Tara speaks for corporate audiences, associations, leadership events, and conferences across mining, infrastructure, government, and financial services, and has been trusted by organisations including BHP, Westpac, AMP, Unitywater, and the City of Las Vegas. Her keynotes are participatory, emotionally resonant, and commercially relevant – edutainment with substance, never a lecture.

She holds a B.Com and M.App.Fin., is ICF-accredited (PCC), and is a Certified Money Coach (CMC®). She is the founder of The Intentional Wealth Co.
