Nathaniel is Co-Chair of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF) and the Hillary Institute of International Leadership, organisations dedicated to fostering global leaders with a focus on positive impact. Under his guidance, EHF has built a community of over 500 Fellows from diverse industries, including international innovators who initially arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand via the pioneering Global Impact Visa. Today, Nathaniel focuses on strengthening this community, curating high-impact events, and enabling meaningful contributions to and from Aotearoa New Zealand.

In addition to his leadership work, Nathaniel consults with senior executives on integrating artificial intelligence into organisational workflows, with the goal of maximising social impact and improving project delivery across multiple sectors. His approach often begins with medium-term mentorship, building capacity and technical literacy for leadership teams to confidently implement AI-driven strategies.

Recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Top Global Innovator in Biodiversity, Nathaniel has applied artificial intelligence to support biodiversity investment, forest conservation, and the bioeconomy.
