Lisa Sthalekar is a former Australian all-rounder and one of the most accomplished cricketers in women’s cricket history. She made her international debut in 2001 and retired in 2013, having been part of four World Cup-winning teams, captained Australia on several occasions, and achieved the milestone of being the first woman to score over 1,000 runs and take 100 wickets for her country.

Since retiring, Lisa has remained heavily involved in cricket as a commentator for Channel 7, CricBuzz, and international tournaments including the IPL, MLC, PSL, and ICC World Cups. She is also a pioneering administrator, serving as the first female President of the World Cricketers Association, a Board member of the Australian Cricketers’ Association, and a member of the ICC Women’s Committee.

Lisa has a strong background in coaching and high-performance development, having managed female youth programs for Cricket NSW and currently mentoring the UP Warriorz in the Women’s Premier League in India. Her insights into leadership, team culture, and performance under pressure make her a highly sought-after speaker, mentor, and ambassador for the game.
