Kevin Panozza’s strong personal convictions about creating stimulating work environments and empowering cultures have driven his career success.
In 1994, Kevin founded SalesForce with advertising agency DDB, growing it into the most successful outsourced customer contact business in the APAC region. Under his leadership, SalesForce earned a global reputation for deploying emerging technologies and innovative techniques for customer and employee engagement, and in 2007 was recognised as one of the top six employers in Asia. He stepped down as CEO in 2007 following the sale of the business in 2005.
In 2009, Kevin co-founded Engage P/L with Aaron Panozza, delivering cloud-based customer contact solutions to regional enterprise clients. The business grew rapidly and was acquired by LivePerson, Inc. in 2012.
Kevin is a highly engaging keynote speaker who challenges audiences to rethink how organisations engage employees and customers. Through compelling multimedia presentations, he demonstrates the value of connecting with customers in their preferred channels while fostering vibrant, engaged workplace cultures.
Between 2011 and 2014, Kevin presented keynotes on four continents. Highlights include a Customer Contact event in Dallas where he scored 4.9 out of 5 with an audience of over 1,000 executives, and the 10th Anniversary HR Summit in Singapore, attended by more than 4,000 people. In 2013, he hosted and presented at Aspire in London, engaging senior leaders from major UK and European telcos and financial institutions, and was invited to speak with News International’s leadership team in Central London.
In addition to speaking, Kevin is frequently invited into boardrooms across Australia and internationally to challenge and advise executives on employee and customer engagement strategies.
