Katie Brennan is an AFLW champion, entrepreneur, and influential role model who inspires women and teams both on and off the field. She played in the inaugural season of the AFL Women’s League as a marquee signing and captain of the Western Bulldogs, leading the team to the Grand Final in 2017. Despite controversially missing out on the premiership, she was recognised as an integral member of the team and was called on stage to hold the trophy.

Katie went on to kick fifteen goals in thirteen games with the Bulldogs and was the club’s leading goalkicker in 2019, despite an injury-affected season. At the end of 2019, she signed with the Richmond Football Club, becoming the first player to join the women’s team and the first AFLW player to sign a two-year contract with a club.

Off the field, Katie is the founder of KB.Performance, a women-only elite performance gym dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering female athletes. She is also a passionate mental health advocate, hosting fundraising events such as a 24-hour sled push to support Beyond Blue.

Katie is a sought-after keynote speaker, sharing her experiences of resilience, leadership, teamwork, and overcoming adversity. Her insights resonate with audiences across sport, business, and community, empowering women to achieve their best and inspiring teams to perform at the highest level.
