Jeff Green is an award-winning British comedian whose intelligence, quick wit, and warm, engaging style have made him a well-known face and voice on Australian TV and radio since his debut at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 1996.
Jeff’s Australian television credits include Spicks and Specks (ABC), Good News Week (TEN), The Glass House (ABC), World Comedy Tour (The Comedy Channel), The Squiz (SBS), and numerous appearances on Network Ten’s Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala. He has also been a regular radio contributor on Hughesy and Kate (Nova), The Conversation Hour (ABC), 3AW, Vega, and Comedy Bites (ABC).
Since leaving a career in chemical engineering to pursue show business, Jeff has performed at theatres, festivals, and corporate events around the world. His corporate experience spans over 30 years and includes high-profile clients such as Virgin, BMW, Bluescope Steel, Jaguar, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, British Gas, and Channel Four Television. His versatility encompasses after-dinner speaking, awards hosting, product launches, corporate voice-overs, and scriptwriting, with every performance tailored to client needs.
Internationally, Jeff has a strong UK and European presence. He has performed a solo West-End season, three full-length UK TV comedy specials (Jeff Green Live, Jeff Green – Up West, and Jeff Green Comedy Store Special), and hosted three BBC Radio 2 comedy series of The Green Guide to Life, attracting audiences of over 3 million listeners. He has appeared on Celebrity MasterChef and Comedy Roadshow (BBC1).
A best-selling author, Jeff has sold over 300,000 books worldwide, with translations into multiple languages, and he writes a monthly column for The Reader’s Digest.
