Jane’s professional journey includes over a decade as Learning and Development Manager at The Body Shop, where she delivered expansive programs in leadership, customer service, stress and energy management, emotional intelligence, productivity, and communication. She received an Anita Award recognising her contribution to training and her positive influence. She also designed programs to support the company value “Activate Self Esteem” and delivered wellbeing workshops aligned with positive psychology principles. Jane played a significant role in community outreach programs, delivering workshops at The Women’s Prison, Magill Detention Centre, and supporting at-risk and minority community groups.
Internationally, Jane worked with PhotoCorporation, global leaders in mass portraiture, as a National Training Manager in the UK. In this role, she supported over 50 studios with targeted training for leaders, photographic, sales, and acquisition teams. Her programs drove a 40% improvement in customer outcomes, elevated staff morale, improved retention, and facilitated a significant culture shift. She was invited back to assist during further business transitions, ensuring continued growth and staff engagement.

Based in South Australia, Jane enjoys family life with her partner Gerard, children Scarlett and Molly, and their many animals. Her favourite holiday destinations include Port Vincent and Kangaroo Island. Originally from Maitland, South Australia, Jane comes from a small farming family and draws on her rural upbringing as a foundation for her values of resilience, connection, and hard work.
