Glenn A. Baker is an Australian music historian, award-winning travel writer, and media personality with decades of experience across music, television, radio, and publishing. Renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of rock music, Glenn has written 16 books, compiled over 500 anthology albums, scripted radio specials and documentaries, and served as Australian editor of Billboard magazine for more than 20 years.
A familiar face on TV and radio, Glenn has hosted programs such as Baker’s Dozen, After Dark, and Beat Club, and appeared regularly on The Midday Show, Good Morning Australia, and Mornings With Kerrie-Anne. He has presented on numerous radio stations, including 2UE, Triple M, 2JJ, and Sky Radio.
Glenn’s awards span both music and travel, including multiple Travel Writer of the Year accolades, the BBC’s Rock Brain of the Universe title, and a portrait in the 2010 Archibald Prize and Packing Room Prize.
