Quick Contact

Geoff Huegill is one of Australia’s most inspirational athletes and one of the world’s greatest butterfly swimmers. A dual Olympic medallist, five-time World Champion, eight-time World Record holder, seven-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist and fourteen-time Australian national champion, Geoff has consistently demonstrated the dedication, discipline and resilience required to reach the pinnacle of elite sport.

While his career achievements are remarkable, Geoff’s journey off the podium is equally extraordinary. After competing at the 2004 Athens Olympics, he stepped away from swimming, gained weight and faced personal challenges. Against the odds, he transformed his body and mind, losing 49kg, retraining rigorously, and returning to elite competition at age 31. His remarkable comeback saw him win medals at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games and the 2011 World Championships in Shanghai, achieving his fastest-ever times and establishing himself as the second-fastest butterfly swimmer in the world.

Today, Geoff is a sought-after speaker, entrepreneur, and ambassador, sharing the lessons of focus, discipline, resilience and personal values that he learned from elite sport. He connects with audiences across corporate, educational and community settings, inspiring executives, teams and individuals to achieve their personal and professional best. Geoff is co-director of multiple companies and serves as an ambassador for organisations including Black Dog Institute, Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, MS Queensland, Sir David Martin Foundation, and Variety – The Children’s Charity. He is also the author of Be Your Best.

Geoff Huegill’s story of perseverance, transformation and excellence makes him a compelling role model, inspiring audiences to overcome obstacles, pursue their goals and unlock their full potential.

I have just turned 27 and am a life long athlete (mostly waterpolo and swimming) and once also competed at a representative level. I have done the exact same thing and become a bit of a party boy in recent years. I would like to use your inspirational result to do the same and get back to and hopefully exceed where I was before I stopped all my training and fell into this soggy form. Marco Mannah
