Dr Jodie is an award-winning adult, child and adolescent clinical psychologist, anxiety and mindset expert, and business strategist who works at the intersection of human performance and wellbeing. She partners with leading CEOs, organisations, educators, parents and young people to build the capability, confidence and emotional skills required to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Shaped by her own early experiences supporting a parent with severe anxiety, Dr Jodie has dedicated her career to equipping people with practical, science-based tools to manage anxiety and develop strong, resilient minds. Over more than two decades of research and clinical practice — including her work at Harvard Medical School and as CEO and Founder of The Anxiety Clinic — she has become a trusted voice in mental health, performance psychology and leadership.
Dr Jodie is the creator of the Mind Strength Methodology, a neuroscience-based framework now transforming individuals and organisations at scale. The methodology was recently recognised by The Australian as one of the 50 Australian Inventions Changing the World.
