Dee is one of Australia’s leading creative professionals and campaign strategists, known for using creativity as a powerful tool to persuade and inspire audiences. Tired of selling things people didn’t need, she founded Campaign Edge in 2014, focusing on progressive causes, and has since worked on 24 election campaigns, including the Labor Party’s 2015, 2017, 2020, and 2022 campaigns, as well as the upcoming 2025 federal election.
Dee’s expertise spans Australia’s largest brands across FMCG, banking and finance, health, and education, and she has earned national recognition for her work in both the commercial and political spheres. She is a regular panellist on ABC TV’s Gruen and frequently appears on Sunrise, The Today Show, and The Project. An accomplished author, Dee wrote The Hard Sell and has contributed to Mothermorphosis, Perspectives on Change, and Unbreakable.
Beyond her professional work, Dee serves on the boards of Per Capita and Australians for Mental Health, bringing her creativity, insight, and strategic vision to causes that matter.
