A born achiever, Allan began selling at age 10, became the No.1 national salesman for a company selling bed linen and cookware at 17, and by 21 was the youngest ever to sell over $1,000,000 of life insurance in his first year. He has since addressed audiences in 70 countries, helping businesses and governments enhance communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Allan has co-authored 18 best-selling books with Barbara Pease, including The Definitive Book of Body Language and Why Women Don’t Listen and Women Can’t Read Maps, with over 27 million copies sold in 53 languages. He is a Certified Speaking Professional, a recipient of the National Speakers Association Australia Award for Excellence, a Hall of Fame inductee, and in 2022 was awarded the Global Speaking Fellow designation.
