Travel Costings Explained
Airfares
- Some of our speakers require that they travel business class. We will let you know upfront
- Flexible fares enable changes easily as speaker plans shift
Accomodation
- 4-star or above is the business standard
- Breakfast included
- Close to the venue
- Typical rate $300 – $500 per night in major cities
Ground Transfers
- Car & Driver required for some speakers for privacy and ability to work in transit
- Taxi/Uber used by the majority of our speaker’s; we will seek reimbursement on their behalf after the event
- Hire Car often required in regional towns or for travelling with equipment
- Mileage for speakers travelling to and from the venue in their own vehicle. We calculate mileage based on ATO suggested rate from their location
- Airport Parking when used we will seek reimbursement on the speaker’s behalf after the event
Meal Allowance
- Cover meals & refreshments during transit for the event
