Tim Blackwell

Tim Blackwell has had more than 15 years of experience in the radio industry and has solidified himself as one of Australia’s biggest names in radio. His fun-natured, easy going personality has been the key to his success.

Since joining Nova in 2001, Tim has worked as part of Nova 100’s biggest shows and is now one-third of Australia’s number one rated radio show; Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel entertaining listeners on the drive home weekdays from 4pm-6pm across Australia. In 2026, Tim and co-host Ricki-Lee Coulter transitioned from afternoon radio to host Nova Sydney’s new breakfast show.

In 2015 Tim won an ACRA for Best Entertainment/Music Presenter. Tim not only has over 15 years of radio experience, he has also been a part of Channel 10’s The Project since it began, doing the Metro Wip as well as a number of live desk appearances and has since taken part in more produced stories for the show.

Tim now makes regular appearances on Channel Nine’s Today Show, Today Extra as well as Getaway. Having just hosted the 2025 ARIA Awards and with his innate ability to create and command any space, Tim is the perfect media personality to represent any organisation that requires an engaging Master of Ceremonies.

In his downtime, Tim is a devoted father to his three children, and he is also a passionate Hawthorn Football Club supporter.
