Robert Holden is a highly successful author, broadcaster and international coach who works with leaders in business, sport, entertainment and healthcare. Robert is a pioneer in positive psychology. In the 1980s, he founded the first NHS Stress Busters Clinic in Britain. In the 1990s, he established The Happiness Project, a landmark initiative that was featured in the BBC QED documentary How to be Happy, watched by over 30 million viewers across 16 countries.
In the new millennium, Robert founded The Coaching Success Partnership, a consultancy that supports individuals and groups worldwide in developing leadership, performance and wellbeing. He is also the author of nine books, including Achieving Work-Life Balance (2002), Shift Happens (2000), Happiness NOW (1998) and Stress Busters (1991).
