Zoe Naylor

Zoe Naylor is an accomplished journalist, actress, producer, MC, keynote speaker, entrepreneur and wellbeing practitioner.

Upon graduating from Loreto College Normanhurst, where she was School Captain Zoe was awarded the prestigious Channel 7 Communications Scholarship to attend Charles Sturt University (CSU) in Bathurst. While completing this degree at the University of Technology (UTS) she was the recipient of the JFA award for Outstanding Undergraduate Radio Documentary and the Most Outstanding Undergraduate Broadcast Student.

She went on to host her own radio show (then Groove FM) and work as a producer, journalist and presenter across a wide range of Australia and New Zealand’s best-known television programs some of which include Channel 9 News, A Current Affair, MTV Australia, Escape with ET, RA, The NRL Footy Show, Sportscafe (NZ), Gladiators, Qantas In Flight and most recently her own TV series, Kaftan Mama.

She furthered her studies with a Masters in Fine Arts (Drama) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and quickly made her mark as an actress across theatre, film and television both locally and internationally. On stage some of her stand out performances were in La Boite’s production of The Removalists, The Jungle, Song of the Yellow Bittern and self-devised piece The Wall, directed by John O’hare. In television and film, she has starred in Mcleod’s Daughters, NZ’s Orange Roughies, The Cooks, Home & Away, short films, several US films and Australian feature films, Book of Revelation, Cul-de-sac and The Reef.

Zoe extended her arts training at the renowned Phillip Gaulier Drama School in London and with US drama teacher Ivana Chubbuck and attained High Distinctions in both 8th Grade Trinity and 7th Grade A.M.E.B Speech and Drama exams.

Her voice is often used for radio and television ads as well as for promotional and information services.

A sought-after MC, Keynote Speaker and Facilitator, Zoe has worked on a large array of events from black-tie gala dinners and awards nights to forums, intimate soirées, openings and special events. Her original ‘Authentic Self’ address continues to inspire many.

In recent timed, Zoe has established Eagle Rose Productions alongside her partner, award winning actor Aaron Jeffery – a company producing film, tv and events that connect people more deeply with their human experience.

Zoe has co-created Birth Time – an internationally acclaimed, multi award-winning documentary and movement, committed to helping women emerge from their births physically well and emotionally safe.

She has curated Kaftan Mama – a lifestyle TV series and wellbeing enterprise, inspiring people to awaken by connecting with their feelings and the natural way.

Having committed over 15 years to a wellness journey, Zoe has expanded her career to also become a well-being practitioner.  She is a trauma informed & qualified therapist, coach, educator & mentor.

Zoe has completed study in Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Art Therapy, Circle of Security, 200-hour yoga teacher training, Permaculture, Ayuvedic Nutrition, Wholefood nutrition, Sacred Feminine Power, Gene Keys, Healing with Essential Oils, she’s a certified First Moon Circle facilitator, qualified Shamanic Womancraft practitioner, Women’s Cycle Wisdom trainer and more….

Despite her many accolades, Zoe says that motherhood is by far the most important career path to date.
