With more than 30 years’ experience in the food industry, Tony combines deep scientific expertise with senior executive leadership. A qualified food scientist with over a decade in innovation roles, he has also spent more than ten years in senior management, including serving as General Manager of two food companies.

Tony provides strategic foresight and expert advisory services on food technology, consumer trends and their industry impacts. His clients range from global food and beverage brands such as PepsiCo and KFC to venture capital investors and leading global consulting firms including Accenture.
