Sophie first gained national recognition on Wheel of Fortune and The Great Outdoors and has since hosted Sydney Weekender and Channel 7’s Luxury Escapes series, The World’s Best Holidays, travelling across Australia and internationally. She is a familiar face across networks, appearing on Sunrise, Today Tonight, Today, Mornings with Kerrie-Anne, and Mornings as a fill-in host for Sonia Kruger, as well as contributing regularly to Today Extra.

Her on-screen work extends to Foxtel, including hosting Celebrity Come Dine With Me, Confidential on FOX8, Intimate Portraits on BIO, and Celebrity Poker, alongside specials covering Michael Bublé’s Canada tour and The ARIAs. Sophie has reported on Australia’s highest-profile events, including Australian Fashion Week, movie premieres, The Logies, ARIAs, and the Helpmann Awards, and has interviewed international stars such as Jessica Alba and The Veronicas.

In addition to television, Sophie has extensive radio experience, having hosted shows on Radio 2 with Dr Katrina Warren, served as a lifestyle reporter for Smooth FM covering major fashion and racing events, and recorded radio advertisements for 2DayFM and Smooth FM.
