Shannan Ponton is an iconic Australian fitness expert, motivational speaker and media personality with over 25 years’ experience in exercise, health, nutrition and people performance. Known for his hands-on, results-driven approach, Shannan inspires individuals, teams and corporations to push beyond limits and achieve peak performance.

He has delivered innovative training and wellness solutions at state, national and international levels, working with companies including MBF, Abbott Nutrition, ASICS, Westfarmers and Coles. Shannan is also a proud ambassador for the McGrath Foundation, Cancer Council Australia and Canteen.

Shannan rose to national prominence as a fitness trainer and mentor on Network Ten’s The Biggest Loser and The Biggest Loser: Transformed. His programs, including The Crunch Challenge, have brought innovative, high-intensity fitness to mainstream audiences. He has also appeared on The Living Room, Studio Ten, and as co-host of SEA FK.
