Sarah Todd is a celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, international television host, and social influencer, recognised for her innovative approach to contemporary cuisine. A former MasterChef Australia contestant and model, Sarah discovered her love for food while travelling the world, working with high-end fashion labels, and exploring diverse culinary cultures. This global exposure ignited a passion for vibrant, seasonal flavours, inspiring her signature style of approachable yet refined cuisine.

Classically trained in French cookery at Le Cordon Bleu, Sarah honed her skills alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Neil Borthwick and Angela Hartnett in London, as well as at Tonka and St. Crispin in Australia. Her culinary expertise combines precision with creativity, allowing her to craft dishes that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

Sarah is the owner of acclaimed restaurants in India, including Antares Restaurant & Beach Club in Goa and The Wine Rack in Mumbai, where she collaborates with ethical and sustainable growers to source organic, pesticide-free ingredients. Her menus, influenced by Australian and Asian cuisines, prioritise health, flavour, and accessibility, breaking barriers and redefining fine casual dining.

An experienced international television host, Sarah has filmed six series, including My Restaurant in India and Serve It Like Sarah, reaching audiences in over 150 countries. Other notable projects include Grilled and Awesome Assam with Sarah Todd. She is also the author of The Healthy Model Cookbook, which focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and flavour-packed, simple recipes.
