Pete has hosted major national and international events including the Melbourne Commonwealth Games in both 2006 and 2018, the Australian Grand Prix, and New Year’s Eve celebrations at Federation Square, where he has counted down to midnight for over 15,000 partygoers for 14 consecutive years. During the 2006 Commonwealth Games, Pete’s voice and presence on the swimming pool deck became synonymous with the electrifying atmosphere that defined the event.
