Nikki Britton is a highly energetic, engaging, and beloved Australian comedian, actor, and writer, often described as a “force of nature”, but think less natural disaster, and more joy bomb. Her warmth draws her audience close, and her sharp wit doesn’t let them catch their breath. Her physicality takes her storytelling to another level, with characters flying in and out of the tales spun from her own chaotic life.

Nikki’s solo stand-up career has taken her worldwide—performing at the Busan Comedy Festival (South Korea), Bengaluru Comedy Festival (India), the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and venues across the US. Her 2021 show One Small Step was nominated for Most Outstanding Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Other accolades include Best Comedy (Weekly) at Adelaide Fringe (2019, 2020) and Best Comedy at Perth Fringe (2018). Her 2019 show Once Bitten was picked up by ABC and adapted into a podcast.

On screen, Nikki has appeared in Matt Okine’s The Other Guy and three seasons of How To Stay Married for Network Ten. On stage, she’s performed in Amelia Roper’s She Rode Horses Like the Stock Exchange and toured nationally for two years in the one-woman Irish smash hit 51 Shades of Maggie Muff, playing to sold-out audiences and rave reviews.

A force behind the mic as well as on screen, Nikki hosted the Audible Original Plot Twist and co-hosted NOVA FM’s Mates Talking About Stuff. She’s the lead actor and co-creator of the narrative podcast The Remains by Wade Duffin, which won Best Fiction Podcast at the 2024 Australian Podcast Awards. She’s also a sought-after voice-over artist.

In 2024, Nikki directed the Luke and Sassy Scott Live National Tour.
