Nikki launched her career at a remarkably young age after winning the highly prestigious Australian Singing Competition. This early achievement set the stage for an international career, touring the world’s leading cabaret stages before returning to Melbourne to sign a recording contract with Molly Meldrum’s Melodian Records.
While appearing as Susan in the Australian production of HAIR, Nikki was discovered by commercial television networks and quickly became a sought-after musical guest. Within a year, she had established herself as one of the most popular guest artists on Australian variety television, making near-weekly appearances on iconic programs including Tonight Live with Steve Vizard, Midday, In Melbourne Tonight, Good Morning Australia and Hey Hey It’s Saturday.
Her major screen breakthrough came in 2000 when she was selected from an extensive list of high-profile contenders to star in the lead role of Nikki Raye in the internationally acclaimed DreamWorks feature film Walk The Talk. She went on to appear as Tina McAllister in All Saints and later joined the lead cast of the tele-drama Out of the Blue, which aired throughout Australia, Britain, Asia and New Zealand during 2008 and 2009.
In 2002, Nikki founded Divacorp Productions, a boutique entertainment company that has since produced hundreds of shows across 52 countries. Through this work, she has become one of Australia’s most prolific and in-demand corporate entertainers over the past two decades.
In 2021 and 2022, Nikki toured Australian theatres with Invincible, a powerful and critically acclaimed theatrical work celebrating the life of Australian pop superstar and international feminist icon Helen Reddy. The production’s outstanding reception led to Nikki being commissioned to create a new theatrical work, which commenced touring in 2023, further cementing her reputation as a compelling storyteller, performer and creative force.
