With over 30 years’ experience as a self-employed consultant, Nic Feteris is a leading authority in business improvement, organisational change, and high-performing team development. His career uniquely blends adventure, leadership, and consulting: earlier in his career, he achieved a Guinness World Record for the highest base jump, climbing and leaping from a 21,000-foot mountain in Pakistan. This extraordinary feat, supported by National Geographic, laid the foundation for his work with corporates, inspiring teams to reach ambitious goals through multidisciplinary collaboration and behavioural change.
Since 2002, Nic has delivered consultancy and project leadership across government, utilities, not-for-profit, and private sector organisations. He leads client teams through diagnostic analysis, strategy planning, and project implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes such as operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, improved quality, and reduced transformation risk. His work links purpose to action, embedding lasting change and sustained organisational performance.
He holds leadership positions across professional bodies, including serving on the national board of the Institute of Management Consultants Australia as NSW Director and as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), membership in the International Association of Facilitators, and recognition by Professional Speakers Australia as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
Blending adventure, strategic insight, and practical expertise, Nic is a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator, trusted to inspire teams, drive organisational change, and deliver meaningful business impact.
