With over 30 years’ experience as a self-employed consultant, Nic Feteris is a leading authority in business improvement, organisational change, and high-performing team development. His career uniquely blends adventure, leadership, and consulting: earlier in his career, he achieved a Guinness World Record for the highest base jump, climbing and leaping from a 21,000-foot mountain in Pakistan. This extraordinary feat, supported by National Geographic, laid the foundation for his work with corporates, inspiring teams to reach ambitious goals through multidisciplinary collaboration and behavioural change.
Since 2002, Nic has delivered consultancy and project leadership across government, utilities, not-for-profit, and private sector organisations.
