Natarsha Belling is one of Australia’s most experienced, respected and versatile journalists and news presenters, with more than 30 years’ experience reporting on the stories that have shaped the nation. Her credibility, warmth and sharp interviewing style have seen her excel across television, radio and digital media, making her a trusted voice for organisations seeking clarity, insight and professionalism.
Natarsha is currently the Presenter of Channel 7’s News at Noon, a fast-paced national bulletin delivering breaking news, major national and international stories, and in-depth interviews with key decision-makers, including Prime Ministers. She is also the host and co-producer of the innovative news podcast The Briefing – Afternoon Edition, where she recaps the day’s major headlines and conducts deep-dive conversations on the issues that matter most to Australians.
Previously, Natarsha spent more than 20 years as a National Journalist and News Presenter with Network Ten, presenting across all flagship news bulletins including Morning, 5pm, Late and Weekend News. She also regularly co-hosted The Project and Studio 10. In 2020, she joined Southern Cross Austereo, where she worked across breakfast radio and podcasts before returning to television with Seven.
Highly regarded for her engaging style, quick wit and ability to connect with audiences, Natarsha is a sought-after MC and moderator for organisations across corporate, government and charitable sectors. She has hosted hundreds of major events and interviewed a distinguished line-up of political, business and thought leaders including Sir Richard Branson, Julia Gillard, Julie Bishop, Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson.
Born and raised in regional NSW, Natarsha is a passionate advocate for rural and regional Australia. She began her career at Prime TV in Orange before being recruited by the ABC in Darwin, where she presented her first news bulletin at just 21. She later returned to Sydney to join Network Ten, building a distinguished national media career.
Beyond journalism, Natarsha is deeply committed to supporting the community and is a long-term ambassador and supporter of organisations including The Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Dementia Australia and Vision Australia.
