Michael Kasprowicz is a former Australian Test cricketer, long-standing professional sportsman, and current Director on the Board of Cricket Australia. Over a 19-season first-class career, Michael earned recognition not only for his on-field performances but also for his perseverance, longevity, and leadership—consistently contributing selflessly to team success at the highest level.
Drawing on his elite sporting and business experience, Michael speaks with authority on leadership, teamwork, communication, discipline, resilience, and personal branding. Beyond cricket, Michael is an accomplished business leader and strategist. He is a Director and founder of Venture India, fostering Australian–Indian business collaborations, an active member of the Australian India Business Council, and an Advisory Council member of Opportunity International, a microfinance charity operating in India and South-East Asia. Michael has completed an MBA at the University of Queensland, undertaken the Australian Institute of Company Directors course, and serves as Chairman of Sportcor, a sports technology company.
