Michael Kasprowicz is a former Australian Test cricketer, long-standing professional sportsman, and current Director on the Board of Cricket Australia. Over a 19-season first-class career, Michael earned recognition not just for his on-field performances but for his perseverance, longevity, and leadership, regularly proving himself at the highest level and contributing selflessly to team success.

Drawing on his elite sport and business experience, Michael speaks with authority on leadership, teamwork, communication, discipline, resilience, and personal branding. He applies these lessons to both sporting and corporate audiences, providing actionable insights into performance, collaboration, and achieving results under pressure.

Beyond cricket, Michael is an accomplished business leader and strategist. He is a Director and founder of Venture India, facilitating Australian–Indian business collaborations, an active member of the Australian India Business Council, and an Advisory Council member of Opportunity International, a microfinance charity in India and South-East Asia. He has completed an MBA at the University of Queensland, undertaken the Australian Institute of Company Directors course, and serves as Chairman of Sportcor, a sports technology company.
