Mark Allen is widely regarded as one of the greatest triathletes of all time. A six-time Ironman World Champion, he was named “Triathlete of the Year” on six occasions and, following his retirement in 1996, was dubbed “The World’s Fittest Man” by Outside magazine.
Mark’s career is defined by his extraordinary seven-year journey at the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii — six failed attempts marked by setbacks ranging from flat tyres to internal bleeding, followed by a legendary seventh attempt in which he claimed victory in what is widely considered the greatest race in triathlon history. He went on to win six Ironman titles in six starts, with his final victory at age 37 making him the oldest champion in the event’s history.
Today, Mark is an inspirational speaker, using compelling race footage and real-world insights to explore resilience, change and the discipline required to perform at the highest level.
