Lucy ran a successful ad agency for 20 years before deciding to use her skillset to change the world. She founded an international women’s health charity, and as CEO built a team and created a communication strategy to raise $7M for a network of hospitals and a midwifery school in Ethiopia. Lucy then moved on to transform Sunrise Cambodia as the charity’s first CEO.
