Lee Watson

Lee Watson is a highly regarded Australian sports journalist, television presenter, and Fox Sports host. Known for her professionalism, expertise, and engaging presence, she is one of the country’s most popular and sought-after sports media personalities.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Communication in Journalism and began her television career at Network Ten, presenting a nutrition and fitness segment for Seriously AFL, where she worked with Sydney Swans consultants and gave viewers behind-the-scenes insight into professional AFL. She also hosted the Sexiest Man in League segment on Sports Tonight and was nominated as ‘Television Newcomer of the Year’ by The Daily Telegraph in 2005.

Joining Fox Sports in 2006, Lee has held presenting roles on Sports Tonight, Fox Sports News, and Football and Cricket Superstar on Fox8, as well as covering international tennis for Fox Sports. Her experience spans football, cricket, and other major sporting events.

Lee is passionate about women’s health, wellbeing, sports, and travel. She is a Foundation Friend and advocate of the McGrath Foundation, has served as an ambassador for Champion and Body Science, and promotes women’s participation in cricket as a Cricket Australia ‘Females in Cricket’ ambassador. Married to Australian cricketer Shane Watson, Lee is admired for her authenticity, professionalism, and suitability as a brand ambassador.
