John McGrath is the founder of McGrath Estate Agents and one of the most influential figures in the Australian property industry. From a lounge-room start-up in 1988, he has built McGrath Estate Agents into one of Australia’s leading residential real estate groups.
Appointed Managing Director and CEO in 2022, John has been recognised for his outstanding industry contribution with the Real Estate Institute of NSW’s Woodrow Weight OBE Award (2008), a lifetime achievement honour. He was a founding director of the REA Group, serving on its board from 1999 to 2018, including as Chairman from 2003 to 2007.
A published author and respected industry spokesperson, John is also a high-powered keynote speaker, sharing insights from his career to help organisations and individuals achieve peak performance and lasting success in business and property.
