John Coutis is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, advocate for inclusion, and inspirational leader. Born a double amputee, John defied medical expectations to become a world-class athlete, competing as Australian Disabled Table Tennis Champion and breaking barriers in indoor and grade cricket.
Over a career spanning more than 25 years, John has inspired millions across Australia and around the world, delivering keynotes in over 170 cities across China, and in countries including the USA, UK, Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, and Mauritius. He has shared stages with global leaders and speakers such as Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, Lee Iacocca, Stephen Covey, and Brian Tracy, earning standing ovations from audiences as large as 12,000.
John works extensively with corporate, community, and sporting organisations, including Australia Post, Telstra, Channel 9, Westpac, Roche Group, and major Australian sporting teams, helping to cultivate cultures of positivity, resilience, and high performance. He has also spoken to over 4,000 schools nationally and internationally, inspiring students with messages of courage, self-determination, inclusion, and respect for diversity.
