Joel Ozborn is a clean, clever, and highly professional comedian whose unique brand of humor has made him a favourite with corporate clients and festival audiences alike. He has entertained global brands including Qantas, Heinz, Budweiser, and Toyota, and has sold out shows at major comedy festivals and national theatre tours.
Joel’s career began in the streets of Sydney’s Circular Quay, where he developed a bizarre and original style of comedy that earned him the 1998 Street Performer of the Year award at the Sydney Opera House. He later moved to the United States to work with internationally renowned comedian and magician The Amazing Johnathan, performing across nearly all 50 states and entertaining large crowds on Venice Beach with his fearless and inventive street comedy.
Returning to Australia in 2004, Joel has toured extensively with top comedians such as Arj Barker and Akmal Saleh, performed at all major Australian comedy festivals—including Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe, Sydney Comedy Festival, and Brisbane Comedy Festival—and headlined in clubs and solo theatre shows. His global performances have taken him across South East Asia, the USA, and Las Vegas, consistently earning acclaim for his wit, timing, and engaging stage presence.
Joel also brings his comedy to the digital stage, offering online performances that connect teams and audiences in virtual settings such as product launches, awards nights, team-building events, or online catch-ups, delivering laughter and engagement wherever it’s needed.
