An accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director with extensive experience advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance, large-scale business transformation, human capital and remuneration, and the integration of ESG (environmental, social and governance) principles. Drawing on her background in elite sport, Jenn brings a deep understanding of high-performance environments to her leadership and advisory roles.

She has worked across a broad range of industries including mining, transport, education, government, agriculture, health, and financial services. Jenn currently holds NED roles with global copper company Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) and lithium miner Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR), following seven years on the board of Fortescue Metals Group (ASX:FMG). She chairs the Remuneration and People Committees at both listed companies and at Argonaut, and also serves on several Audit, Risk Management, and Sustainability Committees. Jenn is a Director at Argonaut, a private integrated investment house; The Leisure Collective, a coastal lifestyle brand; and sits on the Advisory Board of Derwent Executive Search and Advisory.

In her executive career, Jenn was a Director at corporate affairs firm Cannings Purple and a senior executive at Minderoo Foundation, where she served as CEO of Walk Free, a global human rights organisation. Earlier, she was a Partner at Deloitte, working across mining, education, transport, health, and government sectors. Jenn has also held governance roles as Chair of Healthway, Western Australia’s peak independent health body, and as a Director of the Fremantle Dockers AFL Club.

Before her corporate career, Jenn represented Australia in hockey, winning Olympic gold medals in Atlanta (1996) and Sydney (2000). As team captain, she developed a unique insight into leadership, performance, and culture — skills she now shares as an expert workshop facilitator and engaging corporate speaker. Her focus on leadership effectiveness, communication, and team dynamics bridges the worlds of sport, business, and governance, offering powerful lessons in achieving exceptional performance from the boardroom to the field.
