Jane Huxley is a highly accomplished Australian business leader and digital transformation expert, currently serving as CEO of Are Media for Australia and New Zealand. She has held senior executive roles at global and national technology and media companies, including Pandora, Spotify, Microsoft, Vodafone, and Fairfax Media, where she built high-performing teams, led major digital initiatives, and drove innovative business strategies.
As Managing Director of Pandora Australia and New Zealand, Jane oversaw the brand’s introduction to the ANZ market, growing the listener base to over five million registered users and establishing the company’s first subsidiaries outside the United States. At Fairfax Media, she served as CEO and Publisher of the Digital Division, leading product, mobile, video, and online operations, and aligning technology, creative, marketing, and editorial teams to deliver transformative digital solutions.
Jane holds a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a degree in Change Management from AGSM. She is passionate about developing people and teams, aligning culture with strategy, and driving innovation through digital-first business models.
