With more than 28 years of experience driving business transformation, Jamie has held senior executive roles including CEO of realestate.com.au, Partner at Deloitte Digital and Korn Ferry, and Vice President at Salesforce.com. He has pioneered human-centric, AI-driven solutions that shape future-ready workplaces.
Jamie has also served as Chief Entrepreneur in Residence at Western Sydney University and Entrepreneur in Residence at KPMG Futures, supporting emerging entrepreneurs and innovation ecosystems. He is the author of two Australian business bestsellers, Unicorn Tears and Validate or Die, focused on helping startups succeed through strategic innovation and rigorous validation.
He holds a Master of Management in Strategic Behaviour from Macquarie University, is a Non-Executive Director at CHOICE, and is a Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC).
