He has held senior executive and advisory roles across global technology and professional services firms, working with boards and executive teams across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Today, Jamie works with CEOs and boards on AI enabled strategy, workforce transformation, and operating model redesign, helping organisations move from experimentation to execution at scale while managing the organisational and leadership implications of change.
Jamie is the author of Unicorn Tears and Validate or Die, and his forthcoming book Expertise, Experience and Empathy: Rewiring Strategy, Talent and Leadership in the Age of AI will be published in March 2026.
