Excellent. Ivan provided a very challenging and thought provoking presentation. Ivan took the time to understand CFA and our management challenges and then related some of his vast management experience in these matters. Ivan also highlighted examples of the next management challenges as he sees them based on his international experience.
Excellent. Ivan’s presentation was of a high standard and challenged the audience to ‘lift the bar’ and not accept mediocrity. We have had extremely positive feedback from our guests.
