Glen Gerreyn is the founder and CEO of The HopeFull Organisation and a globally recognised motivational speaker. His seminars, including Wellbeing at Work, inspire individuals and organisations to embrace personal change, ignite hope, and achieve peak performance, creating meaningful impact in both life and industry.
At 17, Glen was a champion athlete when illness abruptly ended his Olympic dreams. Channeling his resilience, he turned to community development, earning national recognition as Young Australian of the Year (Queensland) – Community Service. Since 2001, Glen has spoken to over 500,000 people worldwide, working with schools, sporting groups, community organisations, and businesses.
In 2012, he earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) accreditation, appearing at TEDx events, on The Today Show, Can of Worms, ABC Radio, and contributing to Mamamia.com. Glen is also the author of Get Your Hopes Up, Oxygen: 102 Doses of Inspiration, and Men of Honour, and leads initiatives including The Roar Effect, Freedom House Publishing, The Oxygen Factory, Men of Honour, and The HopeFull Organisation.
