Eva Milic is a distinguished journalist and presenter for 9News Gold Coast, with a career spanning nearly two decades. She began her professional journey in 2004 as a freelance contributor while completing her studies, later earning a Bachelor of Business from St Michael’s College and a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from Griffith University. By 2006, Eva became the full-time weather presenter for 9News Gold Coast, also contributing to local stories and reporting as a key member of the news team.

After a brief tenure in the Brisbane newsroom, Eva returned to anchor the Gold Coast bulletin in 2010, before resuming weekend presenting and hosting afternoon news in Brisbane. Her experience across multiple roles and formats has made her a versatile and highly respected journalist.

Outside of journalism, Eva is a sought-after Master of Ceremonies, bringing professionalism and poise to corporate and community events. In 2001, she was crowned Miss World Australia, representing the nation in South Africa and meeting Nelson Mandela, an experience that cemented her commitment to advocacy, community engagement, and inspiring others.
