Dr Louise Mahler has worked and spoken with thousands of leaders in Europe, America, China and the Pacific, she has spoken with audiences from small leadership teams to a massive 15,000 corporate events. Her clients include Gartner, Salesforce, BHP, Transdev, MDRT, NAB, IIA, Adobe and the Chief Executive Women Executive leadership program with scores of 100% from every participant.
In 2025 she has been voted a top expert in Communication globally, has won two Stevie Awards as well as the highly coveted ‘Speaker of the Year’ Title in Australia and been recognised by IBMs as one of 50 top thinkers.
Highly qualified with multiple degrees and masters, Louise has a PhD in Business, focusing on Leadership Communication, was a recipient of the Universities Award for Innovation in PhD research, is an official member of Forbes Coaches Council and was awarded the title of Adjunct Professor in 2024.
This all began when, moving from the Vienna State Opera back to Australia, Louise observed a ‘missing ingredient’ in corporate leadership which she has built into the algorithms of communication in high stake engagement.
Today her highly participative sessions leave participants with immediately applicable, extremely useful and thoroughly practical skills which mean you leave knowing, understanding and even embodying the change.
