Chandler Comerford is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, National Champion Collegiate Boxer, and leadership expert dedicated to developing communication and leadership skills in youth, neurodiverse individuals, and corporate teams.
Since moving to Australia in 2001, Chandler has worked as a facilitator, trainer, and strategic risk consultant, delivering programs that blend corporate participants with people with disabilities to develop “non-positional” leadership skills. He has also completed risk assessments for Australian “Vital National Installations” and holds two Australian Innovation Patents in IT security risk.
Chandler attended the United States Naval Academy, earning a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography and a commission as one of only 16 graduates selected to join the SEAL Teams out of a class of over 1,000. Assigned to SEAL Team One in San Diego, he completed the rigorous Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training before leaving the Navy in 2001.
Drawing on his military, consulting, and life experience, Chandler delivers inspiring keynotes and workshops on resilience, choice, perspective, and leadership. Using the backdrop of SEAL training and operations, he helps audiences discover their capabilities, overcome challenges, and develop the skills to lead effectively.
Chandler also writes on leadership and wellness, contributing to publications such as the Blackstone Society to help university students manage challenges and achieve their potential.
