With 20 years experience working in the media, across both radio and television. She is currently the Presenter of the nightly international news and interview program The World which airs on ABC News 24.

Beverley brings a unique perspective and refreshing energy and warmth to her hosting and MC duties.

Beverley specialises in economics and politics, reporting for ABC Radio and Television and has hosted ABC News Breakfast and the local 7pm News over the course of her career. She has since also combined her passion for sport with journalism as the sports anchor for the Seven Network and as host of the ABC’s Saturday Afternoon Sport.

She was the first female director of the Melbourne Football Club, where she served for nine years, seven of those as Vice-President.

Beverley is a Life Governor of the Drug and Alcohol Foundation, having served six years on the Board and is an Australia Day ambassador, and was an inaugural board member of the Sunrise foundation assisting elite athletes with depression.
